Return Policy:
All of our products are 100% guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects. Due to the delicate nature of many of our products, we cannot guarantee against breakage after the product is delivered. You must contact us by using the Claims & Damages Form located at the Main Directory, or send an email to bathsetbyjagm@yahoo.com including the information in the Claims Damage Form to make arrangements for any returns or refunds.
Please do not take it upon yourself to simply return any merchandise or you will void any and all return rights. We will provide instructions to you via email on how, when and where.
All products returned, for other than shipping damages or product defects, must be returned within thirty (15) days and will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus shipping*. Items must be new, in original packaging and suitable for resale. |
